| Kindly be informed that start from 1st of april, agent is required to collect RM100.00 upfront payment from customer upon any subscription. Beside from customer's both side of photocopy IC, an additional customer's document is require in order to register for P1 WiMAX. Additional customer's document is photocopy of driving license or photocopy of credit card front side or photocopy of student card. 15 days satisfaction guaranty period is replaced by 7-day cooling period. Within 7 days, customers can return the modems and terminate the service. However, a RM50 handling fee is charged for every return. |
