This is a bundle package for broadband and voice call plan except for 384kbps speed. Free fixed to fixed call nationwide and cheaper fixed to mobile rate depending on speed.
Streamyx Combo 384kbps come together with WIRED modem and add on RM10 voice plan which is optional to the customers plus FREE Aztech DECT cordless phone.
Streamyx Combo 512kbps until 4mbps will be inclusive of voice call plan , Wifi modem and comes with FREE Panasonic DECT Phone (512kbps will get Aztech DECT Cordless Phone).
The minimum subscription period is 12 months.
One time activation fee of RM75 and Installation fee of RM88 are WAIVE.

|
This promotion is only valid for streamyx residential customers that without any call plan.
With just additional of RM10/month, new & existing streamyx customer will get free DECT phone for home and will enjoy UNLIMITED talk-time nationwide (local & national).
Unlimited calls to fixed lines (provided by TM).
Free DECT phone worth RM99 with one year warranty.
Flat 30 SEN per minute for calls to mobile & fixed lines not provided by TM.
For new streamyx + Voice 10, Customer able to redeem the DECT phone at tmpoint once streamyx installed/activated.
For existing streamyx + Voice 10, Customer able to redeem the DECT phone 3 days after registration/subscription.
You can terminate Voice 10 anytime if you find that you do not get enough savings from the package. The package will be terminate one day before the customer's nearest next bill date.
If you terminate the package within 6 months from the activation date, an administration fee of RM 50 will be imposed.
Registration and termination of Voice 10 depends on the customer's bill date. In other words, the package will start on the customer's nearest next bill date.

| Streamyx Combo Goes Mobile: |
| Minimum subscription is 12 months.
Package is valid for RESIDENTIAL and for NEW & EXISTING COMBO customers. Available NATIONWIDE.
RM10 per month will be charge to customer as long as they subscribed Add on Mobility package.
Customer will be provided free wireless modem in this package with installation.
Warranty of wireless modem will be 12 months from the date of installation.
One time installation fee for wireless modem is RM95.
SIB (Streamyx in a box) or DIY (Do it yourself) option will NOT be made available to customers until further notice.
Should customer decide to end/terminate Mobility Add On Package within first 12 months, handling fees of RM150 will be charged.
Streamyx Zone is wireless broadband Internet access service available at public places such as shopping malls, coffee shops, eating outlets etc. Previously known as Streamyx Hotspot.
For Streamyx Zone access, customer can enjoy up to 384Kbps of internet access.
The 1st bill received will include an installation fee of RM120, a one-time service activation fee of RM75, a one-month subscription fee (from date of service activation), an advance charge of the 2nd month subscription fee and RM10 stamp duty fee.
Installation must be done by TM.

| Streamyx Combo: |
| Minimum subscription period for Streamyx Combo is 12 months.
For new fixed line customers, they will get NO fixed line rental for the first 3 months prior to Streamyx activation. In the event that Streamyx cannot be given (waiters/demand status), on the 6 weeks, customer care will inform customer and counter offer with other packages should Streamyx service not available for customer. Deposit of RM75 and installation fees is borne by customer. Connection fee of RM50 shall be waived.
Fixed line customer with existing call plan can migrate to the promo packages (existing call plan will be TERMINATED).
Streamyx Combo is NOT applicable for Home Prepaid customers. If they wish to subscribe, they need to convert their Home Prepaid to fixed line (TM Homeline).
There will be no modem(for those customer upgrade their current streamyx to streamyx combo package, new customer will still get free modem) to be given to the customers (except 2Mbps & 4Mbps) but warranty will be extended to customer's existing modem.
Voice offerings are subject to service tax of 5%.
For existing fixed line customers, the fixed line rental will be charged as per normal prior to Streamyx activation. No fixed line rental and call plan will be effective on the next bill date.
Customer can start enjoying Voice Plan on the next TM Homeline bill date after Streamyx service is activated. The voice charges before such notification(s) will be treated as normal charges.
